Position: 9094 - Assistant Store Manager PT
Lids - 5135 West Alabama Street - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent;
Administer discipline processes including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager;
Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates during unexpected peaks when the Store Manager is away;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures;
Lead customer experience efforts to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional service;
Ensure customers are offered Lids membership programs and in-store offers;
Maintain adherence to visual merchandise and store cleanliness guidelines;
Maintain professional appearance per Dress Code policy;
Execute operations directives and adhere to Policies & Procedures Manual;
Maintain store facilities, supplies, and equipment and perform basic maintenance or repairs as needed;
Manage cash handling and bank drops; prepare for inventory audits and participate in audits as needed;
Assist in preparing store work schedules to ensure proper coverage;
Protect Company assets and ensure compliance with company policies
