PositionRegional Canvassing Director - Hire, train, and grow a large, high-performing door-to-door canvassing team. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!
Qualified CandidateMUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads of at least $1 to $2 million per month!
Compensation- Earn $150K to $250K
- Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
- Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
- Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
- Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
- Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers
- Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
- Develop neighborhood mapping and route plans in several regional areas
- Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
