  Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (or equivalent experience) plus 5–7 years in 3PL/freight operations, including 1–3 years in a leadership role.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Hands‑on experience with TMS software (e2open TMF or Descartes Aljex preferred) and US domestic ground freight (FTL, LTL, Intermodal) from booking through invoicing.
• Account Management:
  Proven ability to navigate client relationship challenges with composure, make sound escalation decisions, and build data‑backed performance reports.
• Core
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent written communication, proficiency in MS Office/Teams, and operational judgment.
• High-value/security-sensitive account management and experience running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• SOP authoring, process improvement (root‑cause analysis), and exposure to Power BI dashboards.
• Familiarity with cross‑border documentation and specialized freight handling.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
