- Lead, coach, mentor, and support Area Leaders
- Drive engagement, accountability, productivity, and service delivery

- Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance
- Forecast staffing needs and partner with Recruiting to maintain team coverage
- Lead training efforts and enforce systems, safety, and service standards

- Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client relationships
- Conduct site visits to uphold service quality and safety standards
- Step in as necessary to ensure seamless service continuity
- Oversee vehicle compliance, maintenance, and warehouse inventory
- Identify future leaders and support professional growth
- Work alongside Area Leaders and frontline teams, including occasional trash pickup
- Lead assigned special projects from start to finish
- Travel frequently within the assigned market and work outside standard business hours as needed
- 5–7 years of leadership experience with budget and reporting responsibility
- General Manager experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams while driving results
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships
- Familiarity with hiring, talent development, and performance management
- Ability to think on your feet, make sound decisions, and motivate a team under pressure
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Comfortable navigating new platforms
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the market
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and navigate stairs
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working around unpleasant odors when needed
