Dynamic medical‑aesthetics organization seeks a District Manager based in Houston, Texas to oversee multiple locations across the state, driving operations, client experience, and growth while ensuring clinical and service standards. The role includes leading multiple sites conducting visits to maintain consistency and team performance; using KPIs and tools, and scheduling systems to monitor and improve results; managing inventory and compliance; coaching managers and clinical teams;

and staying current on medical‑aesthetic services and trends to support service‑menu and growth strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a medical‑aesthetics, skincare‑clinic, or med‑spa environment.
• Experience managing multiple locations at a multi‑site/district level and using KPIs to drive results.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI (or similar), scheduling/booking systems, and EMR‑style platforms.
• Strong understanding of medical‑aesthetic services and the ability to work across clinical, front‑desk, and retail teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across Texas.
