Senior Project Manager leads pre‑ and post‑merger integration initiatives, ensuring acquired businesses are integrated efficiently and aligned with strategic, operational, and technology objectives. As a core member of the Integration Management Office, the role supports governance, coordination, and execution across multiple work streams and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end post‑merger integration projects, from pre‑close planning to post‑close execution and stabilization
- Serve as dedicated project manager in IMO, supporting governance, execution, and standardization of integration approaches
- Partner with IMO leadership and internal functional teams to align integration efforts with deal objectives, synergy targets, and integration playbooks
- Develop, manage, and coordinate integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations across functional work streams
- Apply Enterprise PMO & IMO methodologies, tools, and controls to integration initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
