We're searching for a Senior Project Manager to join a growing Electric Distribution team in Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX. In this strategic "seller/doer" role, you'll oversee initiatives that enhance the performance, reliability, and long-term sustainability of electric distribution systems from infrastructure upgrades and system expansions to resiliency and storm-hardening efforts while playing a key role in growing client relationships and leading other Project Managers.

• Senior Project Manager:
  Own full project delivery, scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships on major electric distribution initiatives
• Ideal for a leader who wants to combine hands-on delivery with client ownership, business development, and team mentorship

• Manage all aspects of electric distribution project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships
• Serve as a "seller/doer" developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plans for target market areas
• Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy for the team
• Prepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents
• Track and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards
• Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering experience, including 8+ years of project management experience
• PE license or PMP certification preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project accounting processes
• Experience preparing proposals, project documentation, and interpreting client contracts
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferred
• Ability to travel as needed

• Lead infrastructure programs that enhance reliability, strengthen resiliency, and improve utility service for communities
• Collaborate with experienced utility and engineering professionals on high-impact grid modernization and resiliency work
