We’re looking for a Regional Director based in Los Angeles to serve our local members across Southern California.

The Regional Director at 3i is responsible for ensuring that members derive maximum value from the platform. This is a highly-autonomous, remote role based in Los Angeles that includes both setting the strategy for how to engage and grow the 3i network across Southern California as well as executing that strategy to turn it into reality. You will primarily be responsible for growth in regional SoCal hubs outside of LA, specifically:
Orange County, San Diego, and Santa Barbara.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the financial or investment industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High emotional intelligence
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to regularly travel for in-person meetings and events across Southern California and sometimes to other cities
• Passion for community, building relationships, and helping people succeed
