Manager, Consulting Services - Behavioral Health

As a Manager, Consulting Services, you will, attend and actively participate in required training courses. You will participate in assigned and self-driven continuous learning opportunities. You will build and enhance skillsets learned from training program through application in experiential learning and special projects. You will lead presentations to demonstrate skills learned. You will communicate, collaborate and assist in designing, localizing or supporting client solutions and services.

You will develop value-driven working relationships with internal and external clients. You will follow and adhere to Oracle Cerner and client site policies and procedures. You will perform other responsibilities as assigned.

At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

At least 2 years people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience

Federal Consulting knowledge

Behavioral Health or other Clinical solution knowledge

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Willing to travel up to 50% as needed

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
