Regional Finance Director - Construction
A leading project-driven organization is seeking a Regional Finance Director to partner with the Regional President and operations leadership. This role will oversee financial planning, forecasting, project financial performance, reporting, and operational decision support.
Responsibilities:- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, scenario planning, and regional financial planning.
- Partner with Operations and Project Management on project profitability, forecasting, job costing, change orders, contingencies, cash flow, and over/under billings.
- Monitor project performance, progress billings, A/R, retention, and collection activity.
- Provide financial analysis and actionable insights on markets, customers, resource planning, costs, and investments.
- Lead monthly financial reporting and support month-end close, including project forecasts, accrued costs, variances, and jobs exceeding 100% completion.
