Production Foreman

The Production Foreman is responsible for overseeing the execution of field activities that support ongoing well maintenance and optimize production performance. This role ensures safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operations while driving consistent, 24/7 production results.

• Monitor lease production and analyze well performance to identify and resolve production losses.
• Diagnose individual well issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Provide oversight and coordination of vendors, contractors, and work ticket execution.
• Supervise well service operations, including rigs, wireline, cementing, acidizing, and plugging crews.
• Communicate lease and well challenges and implement effective operational remedies.
• Execute solutions to address well and tank battery issues.
• Implement and oversee regular well testing programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, including monitoring and responding to tank battery alarms.
• Review and execute engineered field projects in coordination with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to establish production targets, monitor performance, and take proactive corrective action to maintain continuous production.
• Provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership to field personnel.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Foreman or Assistant Foreman.
