Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a blender
• Follow all safety guidelines and processes (SOP)
• Possess minimum math skills
• Able to lift 55 lbs. consistently
• Be able to work in a hot and dusty environment
• Be able to operate a forklift safely

The Production Senior Operator will be using equipment to mix or blend raw materials according to specifications and have a wide range of responsibilities.

• Recording batch data such as ingredients used, and measurements taken during production
• Blending batches and keeping a close eye to make sure the batch is uniform, using approved processes
• Preparing ingredients for use in products such as chemicals and pigments
• Weighing ingredients so that they exactly match the requirements of the product formulation
• Cleaning equipment as required after use to prepare them for the next batch
• Taking samples of finished mixes for QA testing to ensure conformity of material
