In this role, you will work with advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) and manual equipment to produce high‑quality components in a safe, efficient, and team‑oriented environment.

What You’ll Do- Program, set up, and operate CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) and manual machines.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Maintain tight tolerances and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, tool life, and cycle times.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
- Follow all established safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 10+ years of hands‑on CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes (Mazak, Haas, or similar equipment preferred).
- Experience working with a variety of materials, including exotic metals and plastics.
- Strong skills in precision measurement, inspection techniques, and quality control.
- Technical certification, apprenticeship completion, or journeyman machinist program preferred.
- Formal CNC programming training (Mazatrol, Haas, Mastercam, or similar) a plus.
