** Position Title

** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient fleet and plant performance
* Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
* Coach, develop, and support maintenance team members to strengthen skills and accountability
* Partner with operations to identify improvement opportunities and resolve equipment issues
* Manage maintenance planning, budgets, parts inventory, and external service providers## ##
** What Are We Looking For
*** Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance in an industrial setting
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance through collaboration and accountability
* Proven problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
* Effective communication skills across operations, leadership, and support functions
* Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute maintenance activities in a dynamic environment## ##
** Physical Demands
*** Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and kneel for extended periods during inspections and maintenance activities
* Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry materials and equipment with reasonable accommodation
* Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and around moving equipment while following safety requirements
* Visual, auditory, and communication ability to safely perform job duties and respond to operational conditions
* Capacity to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods## ##
** Education
* ** Technical certifications or specialized training in maintenance, reliability, or safety are valued
* Ongoing learning mindset with the ability to apply technical knowledge to improve equipment reliability and team performance## ##
** Work Environment
** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.## ##
** What We Offer*** $120,000-$125,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan
