Full-time General Labor Position

Our company is a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector, specializing in the production of high-quality goods for various industries. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time General Laborers.

We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Laborers to support our production and warehouse operations. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our facility. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

• Assist in various aspects of the production process, including assembly, packaging, and quality control
• Load and unload materials, products, and equipment using appropriate handling techniques
• Operate machinery and equipment as directed, following all safety protocols and procedures
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the work area safe and organized
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurements
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic machinery operation
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping

The work environment for this position is primarily in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. General Laborers should be prepared for the following conditions:

• Exposure to varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments
• Potential exposure to dust, fumes, and chemicals (with proper PPE provided)
• Moderate to high noise levels from machinery and equipment
• Regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Operation of various tools and equipment
