Assembly Operator - 2nd Shift
Location: Northwest Houston
Pay: $15.00 per hour | Weekly Pay

Position Overview:
As an Assembly Operator, you will play a key role in assembling high-quality wooden cable reels used around the world. Your work will directly impact production efficiency, product durability, and overall operational success.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels.
- Operate hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure precision.
- Weigh, label, and tag finished products accurately.
- Apply grease for waterproofing and product protection.
- Perform quality checks to meet company standards.
- Support additional warehouse and production tasks as needed.
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (includes 30-minute lunch)
- Monday-Friday
- Occasional Saturdays and overtime opportunities available.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Must be reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled, labor-intensive environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
