Manufacturing Engineer Leader (A Group MLB PE 02)-Houston,TX

Purpose of the position Foxconn Technology Group, a globally leading electronics manufacturing company, is seeking a product engineer to lead the optimization of product production processes, drive defect resolution in high-volume, high-quality production, and ensure large-scale product reliability. After joining the team, you will have the opportunity to use stencil, Profile, SPI/AOI, 5W1H for root cause analysis of production anomalies, while monitoring production metrics to identify deviations and coordinate cross-functional solutions.

Assist in customer agreement validation, document compliance results, and ensure results meet performance specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Led root cause investigations and customer complaint resolution
  • Led engineer to trained operators to standardize processes.
  • Led designed and applied Stencil plan and effect tracking
  • Led FA report preparation and report consolidation
  • Summarize and refine risk points for proactive improvement
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
  • Education and work experience

    Associate degree or higher academic qualifications

    Possess two of the following experiences preferred

  • More than 3 years of process improvement experience
  • Experience in SMT technology development and new product introduction within the industry
  • Experience in automation design and development work
  • Experience in stencil design
  • Manufacturing plant work experience
  • Working conditions

  • Flexible application of Cam
    350 & CAD software;
  • Familiar with SMT technology or UF technology, have PCBA DFM capability,
