Job Description
Purpose of the position
Responsible for maintain,optimize,andtroubleshootfixtures of SMT (Surface Mount Technology, consumer electronics industry) fixtures(tools to support PCB or pressing PCB, such as: SMT Holder/Carrier/JIG). Collaboratecloselywithproduction,engineering,andqualityteamstoensurefixture Reliability,improveyield,and improve fixture usage efficiency.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesCADsoftwareandproposeimprovements.
Workcross-functionally(production,asset department) toenhancefixturearrived before built start.
Educational Requirements: Associate degree or above
Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Fixture/JIG maintenance, tooling design, orprecisionequipmentrepair(electronics/smartphonemanufacturingpreferred).
