As an Electrical Technician, you will support manufacturing operations by performing functional testing on subassemblies and final products in a hands‑on production environment. This role works closely with assembly and engineering teams to ensure products meet quality and performance standards. Responsibilities include executing burn‑in test cycles, loading firmware, troubleshooting electrical systems, and supporting equipment maintenance. Responsibilities:- Perform pre‑ and post‑screening test cycle operations for burn‑in processes
- Load firmware using PC‑based systems per work instructions
- Document test results and generate reports as required
- Diagnose and troubleshoot motors, control panels, sensors, wiring, and automated systems
- Support equipment installation, calibration, maintenance, and upgrades
- Associate’s degree in electrical technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred
- Experience with test systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong computer skills (LabVIEW or similar systems, documentation software)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Knowledge of industrial controls, instrumentation, and safety standards
- Pay Rate: $25.00–$30.00 per hour

The base pay range for this position is $52,000–$62,400 annually
, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
