Millwright

Location: Texas and beyond!
Pay: $25-$40 per hour (depending on experience)

Are you a skilled Millwright with a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for keeping big machines running smoothly? Join our network of experienced tradespeople supporting top industrial clients across Texas and beyond.

Millwrights play a key role in installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heavy industrial machinery ensuring production lines, power systems, and equipment stay safe, efficient, and reliable.

• Install and align machinery such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, turbines, and generators.
• Align and level machines using precision tools like laser alignment systems, micrometers, and levels to ensure smooth operation.

Assemble, disassemble, and rebuild complex mechanical systems.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.

• Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and equipment adjustments.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Work safely around heavy equipment in industrial settings such as manufacturing plants, power facilities, and refineries.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to pass a drug test.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
