Position: USA|Assembly Specialist
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in gas turbine and compressor equipment, is seeking a USA|Assembly Specialist to join their team. As a USA|Assembly Specialist, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and technical proficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform complete assembly and disassembly of gas turbine and compressor packages and related sub-assemblies.

+ Interpret technical assembly instructions, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise assembly processes.

+ Use precision measurement tools to verify tolerances and make necessary adjustments.

+ Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and production teams to optimize assembly procedures.

+ Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety standards and procedures.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED, or 10 years of relevant gas turbine and compressor experience.

+ 5+ years of experience in assembly of rotating equipment within a manufacturing environment.

+ Preferred expertise in Siemens Energy turbo machinery equipment assembly, including SGT 100-400, A 35 / A 65 Gas Turbine, and RF and Datum range turbo compressors.

+ Ability to develop and interpret technical assembly instructions and build methods.

+ Proficiency in using micrometers, indicators, hand tools, air grinders, and overhead lifting devices.
