Your responsibilities:
- Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, saw operations, tape measurer, etc.
- Lifting/moving/ placing window components that are 35-55 lbs.
- Meet production goals by posted line standards.
- Self-inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.
- Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.
- Stand for the entire shift
- Lift and transfer 35
Ibs frequently throughout the course of the day - Lift and transfer 50
Ibs occasionally throughout the course of the day - Reach overhead occasionally
- Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently
- Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently
- Starting at $17.00 per hour
- Pay is Dependent on Experience (DOE)
