Material Handler II

Summary
The Material Handler supports Production and Supply Chain operations by managing material flow, performing SAP transactions, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a cGMP regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role ensures timely availability of materials, proper documentation, and safe movement of goods into production areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain stock materials and general supplies for daily production needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and operate with a "Safety First” mindset.
• Understand material flow from CNC (Controlled Non Classified) areas into classified production spaces.
• Operate GMP autoclave to prepare supplies and documents for production.
• Perform accurate SAP material movement transactions per SOPs and cGMP requirements.
• Prepare and decontaminate materials for production use.
• Support warehouse logistics, goods movement, and inventory control.
• Complete required training and on the job training (OJT) for equipment and processes.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Team oriented mindset.
• Understanding of cGMP and GDP (preferred but not mandatory).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments.
• SAP experience required (as part of must have).
