Position: Materials Planner(A Group MLB._.SCM)-Houston,TX

Overview

Position Summary:

Manage end-to-end material flow to meet production demand. Key focus areas include executing production planning and inventory control, and optimizing warehouse operations balancing production requirements with cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Drive inventory optimization through turnover analysis.
  • Resolve supply chain disruptions through proactive communication.
  • Manage ERP data integrity and MRP operations.
  • Oversee inter-facility material transfers and logistics cost allocation.
  • Improve SOP efficiency.
  • Manage excess/obsolete inventory.
    • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
  • 1+ years materials control/procurement experience in manufacturing.
