You support our team as

• Verify product numbers, quantities, and freight waybills against Sales/Fulfillment Orders.
• Properly handle, pack, and ship fragile materials for both air and ground transport.
• Weigh packages and accurately record weight information on cartons and/or waybills.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including inbound receiving and general workload support.
• Use electronic systems to identify, track, and manage inventory items.
• Follow ISO
  9001 inventory management requirements and all company safety, quality, and compliance policies.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and assist with equipment upkeep.
• Support cross‑departmental needs to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Access or project management tools is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and UPS World Ship; familiarity with international shipping processes preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to others.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time‑management abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of inventory control practices and ISO
  9001 inventory management procedures.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
