Job Summary

The Assembly Operator is responsible for putting together components using hand tools, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to quality guidelines.

Job Description

• These laborers will be cutting apart wooden pallets and discarding into a 40-yard roll-off dumpster
• Break down wooden pallets efficiently
• Dispose of materials properly
• Able to follow instructions and proficient in using basic hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
• The position involves working with equipment components, tools, and production systems to ensure equipment is assembled accurately and efficiently.

Skills Required

• Skilled at using hand tools (Sawzall, crow bars, etc.)
• Attention to details
• Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, tape measure, grinders, and saws safely
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
• Previous experience with manual labor or warehouse work is a plus, but not required

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Degree or GED

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Work Hours:
  
  2nd Shift, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am

Pay Rate/Salary

• $17.00 /hr. Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location
