Associate II – Production Planning
Location:
Houston, TX.
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Onsite. Travel up to 10%.
- Maintain material schedules to support production control.
- Compile records on material status, including quantity, cost, and type of materials received, shipped, in stock, or in production.
- Support flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments according to production and shipping schedules.
- Determine possible and actual shortages and initiate corrective actions.
- Apply specialized knowledge to perform tasks and achieve objectives.
- Follow procedures with some decision‑making authority, requiring job‑related training, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Complete all required training and meet individual job requirements.
- Contribute to the overall compliance of the organization; commit to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage production orders.
- Adhere to GxP regulations and SOPs, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure quality control.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; associate +4 yrs).
- Fluent reading, writing, and communication in English.
- Attention to detail and reliability required.
- Ability to follow procedures and make decisions within defined authority.
