• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and manual dexterity.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and machinery.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and quality control principles.
• Ability to read and understand simple work instructions or diagrams.

• Assist machine operators and technicians with setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
• Transport materials and components to and from workstations to ensure continuous production flow.
• Perform routine cleaning and organization of the shop floor to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishment.
• Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
• Support quality control processes by inspecting products and reporting defects or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
