Electronic Assemblies
Pay Rate: $19.50/HR on W2

Location:

Sugar Land TX

The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.
* Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
* Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
* Create labor records for all transactions.
* Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Detector Assembler to support the Nuclear MFG Team

1. Minimum Years of experience: 2 – 3 years
2. Education Background:
High School Diploma/ GED
3. Languages competency? English
4. Is there any certification required? IPC-610
5. Key

Skills:

- Assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards
- Read design drawings
- Electronic component identification
- Understanding of Quality standards
- Ability to use microscope for long periods of time
6. Key Abilities: follow standard procedures, Identifying solder defects
9. Is there any system/knowledge candidates need to have proficiency in? computer skills, SAP
10. Is field Experience required? No
11. Job level expectation: beginner to Intermediate
12. Pay rate: USD 19.50
13. Is required to work on the weekend? Yes, as needed
14. What is the shift for this position? 1st Shift M-F, 06:00 - 02:00 p.m.
