Mission
Coordinate and oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met while maintaining established delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute manufacturing orders and supervise production processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Resolve production issues quickly to prevent delays in delivery schedules
* Manage inventory and maintain proper stock control
* Monitor production performance to ensure targets are met on time
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing
* Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain high product standards throughout production
* Oversee incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper identification and process compliance
* Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company standards
* Train and support production staff on processes, equipment, and safety procedures
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team development
Requirements
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred
Languages
* English (required)
* Spanish (preferred)
Experience
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong understanding of production processes and equipment
Additional Qualifications
* Experience with SAP
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work cross-functionally with production teams and other departments
