Material Handler

Job Requirements:

* Review and monitor supplies (stretch wrap, boxes, trays, colorant, pallets, etc.).

* Check all machines for sufficient color and material.

* Inspect the forklift (LPG or Electric) before use, using the forklift checklist. (OPS-FRM-022) or Phone APP

* Remove full pallets and boxes from the machines, stretch wrap and label each pallet.

* Use pallet jack when required.

* In some cases, affix labels to the appropriate cases.

* Maintain and remove all boxes, cardboard, pallets, conveyors, and water tanks as needed.

* Make sure electric forklifts are equalized; use the electric lift equalizing form (OPS-FOR-015)

* Bring all scrap boxes of plastic material to the grinding area.

* Assist in preplanning jobs, perform color changes or material changes as needed.

* Will move all production to hold area or PRSTG area using RF scan gun.

* Maintain full water conveyors.

* Must perform required training of personnel

* Must be able to communicate well and drive to build teams

* Must be computer literate and maintain training records as needed.

* Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED preferred

* 1 to 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred

* Basic reading, writing, and math skills
