Houston, TX
DeZURIK is looking for a Planner I to support production planning, scheduling, and inventory coordination in a fast-paced, growing manufacturing environment. This role works closely with procurement, production, and operations teams to help keep orders moving and customer commitments on track.
What You'll Do
* Support production planning and scheduling for assembly, machining, and distribution
* Release and manage production work orders
* Schedule customer sales orders
* Monitor inventory levels and material availability
* Analyze demand, shortages, and inventory trends
* Expedite orders and resolve material shortages
* Monitor backlog and adjust priorities as needed
* Coordinate with procurement and shop floor teams
* Support continuous improvement initiatives
* Help drive on-time delivery performance
What We're Looking For
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities

Required Qualifications
* Experience with Excel
* Experience working with MRP systems
* Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
* Structured and organized approach to work
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Net Suite
* 2+ years of manufacturing planning experience
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary range: $58,154 - $72,693, depending on experience and qualifications
