Manufacturing Engineer, Operations Manager, Operations Engineer, Quality Engineering
Stuck managing projects that are underfunded, understaffed, and over complicated? You’ve been there. Projects with no clear direction, teams that feel like they’re constantly putting out fires, and zero room to make an impact. At Wisenbaker, we believe in setting our project managers up for success, not failure. Get ready to run projects the right way, with the right resources, and the support to truly deliver.
Your Mission? Lead manufacturing projects from start to finish, ensuring every step is executed on time, within budget, and with the precision we’re known for. You'll coordinate between cross‑functional teams, manage resources, and solve problems before they even have a chance to arise. You won’t just be checking boxes; you’ll be making an impact, driving innovation, and delivering the kind of results we all care about.
You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It)
- Leading lean manufacturing projects for cost reduction, boost productivity, cut waste, and enhance process efficiency across procurement and supply chain.
- Collaborating with engineering, operations, and quality teams to uncover bottlenecks and find innovative solutions.
- Lead procurement and supply chain projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Use data‑driven insights to track performance, identify trends, and make informed supply chain decisions.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost savings, quality, and supplier performance.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or millwork industries required.
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus!
- You’ve successfully led lean initiatives and know your way around tools like 5S, Kaizen, VSM, and TPM.
- Knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems, and supply chain best practices.
