Senior Supply Planning Manager

Panelmatic is seeking a Senior Supply Planning Manager to lead production planning and materials planning in a fast-moving engineered-to-order manufacturing environment. This role translates backlog, engineering releases, material availability, labor capacity, and customer commitments into a controlled factory execution plan. The position will develop the planning knowledge and experience to build a robust planning execution team supporting five manufacturing facilities.

• Develop the production planning and material planning strategy and lead the production and material planning organization.
• Own the master production schedule and planning rhythm that turns booked work into realistic factory execution.
• Translate customer commitments, engineering release dates, long-lead buys, and labor capacity into a visible and controlled plan.
• Drive work-order release, shortage management, kitting readiness, and sequencing discipline across the factory.
• Build planning dashboards and KPIs around schedule adherence, open shortages, WIP age, constraint visibility, and output forecast.
• Lead recovery planning when material, engineering, or labor issues threaten key milestones.
• Partner with warehouse, supply chain, production, and project management to keep priorities aligned.
• Align MRP (Syteline) to ensure accurate planning of labor and materials for long cycle time engineered-to-order products.
• Improve MRP/ERP transaction discipline to support clean planning signals and realistic promise dates.
• Support continuous improvement in Panelmatic's planning, production-control, and execution system.
• Lean materials strategy deployment—PFEP, warehouse standardization, and process alignment across multiple factories.

• B.S. in Industrial Management & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in planning and materials management.
• Experience leading organizations in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean / Continuous Improvement experience.

• ERP Item Parameter expertise.
• ERP Routings / Bill of Material development expertise.
