Compounder Tech

Atilar Pharma specializes in the production of high-quality compounded medications for healthcare facilities across the country. We are committed to providing safe and effective pharmaceutical products to our customers, and we are seeking a Compo under Tech to join our team.

The Compo under Tech will be responsible for preparing compounded medications according to established formulas and procedures. The Tech will work under the direction of a pharmacist or supervisor, and will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

• Prepare compounded medications according to established formulas and procedures.
• Ensure that all ingredients are properly measured and mixed according to the formula.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, and report any safety concerns to management.
• Document all production activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform routine checks on finished products to ensure that they meet all quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a compounding pharmacy or a similar production environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
