Machine Operator Production - Nights - Seasonal

Salary and Shift

$26.30 per hour, full time, nights, seasonal.

Operates one or multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include moving raw material handling to the production line, filling, capping, sealing, labeling or packaging product, removing damaged products or supplies, and managing production, package, and flavor changeovers. Maintains required product inspection processes. Performs basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.

Lifts, carries, and pushes/pulls cases weighing 20‑45 pounds repeatedly, walks or stands most of the shift, and may stoop, crawl, or crouch over conveyors. May work weekends and/or holidays.

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
• Remove or shift materials and finished products to facilitate proper flow.
• Ensure package and product quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate manufacturing equipment (including new technologies) safely and efficiently.
• Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift.
• Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
• Expedite repairs to line, working with maintenance as necessary.
• Record daily downtime and machine operations.
• Work well with others in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

• 18 years or older.

• Experience with high‑speed production lines.
• Experience with pallets, including operating a forklift or stacking/bundling.
• Experience operating a packing, filler, or palletizer machine.
• Experience reading blueprints and schedules.
• Experience with computers in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with sanitization procedures and GMP.
• Experience with minor mechanical repairs.
• Experience with preventative maintenance.
