Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $30.00/hour plus OT

Wireman Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and layout drawings.
- Assemble and wire industrial control panels, switch gear, and electrical enclosures.
- Install and terminate wiring for PLCs, relays, breakers, motor starters, VFDs, and other control devices.
- Perform point-to-point wiring and ensure proper labeling and identification of components.
- Mount electrical components according to layout drawings and specifications.
- Conduct continuity testing and assist with functional testing of completed panels.
- Troubleshoot and correct wiring issues as needed.
- Assist with panel modifications, rework, and production changes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Skills and Abilities
:
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of PLC wiring, control circuits, and basic electrical theory.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as production demands increase.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical training in electrical systems preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial control panel wiring experience required
- Experience working in a manufacturing, panel shop, or industrial environment is required
- Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 AM.
- Typical hours are 6:00 AM – 4:30/5:30 PM.
- Initial workload expected to be 40–50 hours per week, with significant overtime opportunities available as production ramps up.
- Must be available to work weekends as production requires.
