ARC Specialties, a manufacturer of robotic and automated machinery, is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join our team in Houston, TX. This full‑time hourly position involves assembling electrical components for our machines, including wiring of electrical control panels, panel integration, cable routing, and machine testing, with occasional travel for product installations.

• Work well within a team.
• Work closely with other departments to assemble and install products.
• Build panels from drawings, prints, and schematics in a timely manner.
• Solder wires and connectors.
• Integrate panels into machine enclosures.
• Run cables in machines and terminate ends.
• Assemble electrical and electronic systems.
• Power up machines.
• Maintain quality of work.
• Travel for machine installation when required.
• Maintain a clean work environment and follow company safety rules.
• Wear proper PPE, including safety shoes and safety glasses.
• Work hours as directed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Technical certification or degree preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in electrical assembly.
• Mechatronics experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand schematics.
• Must have own tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to assemble electrical and electronic systems, enclosures, components, hardware, conduits, wires, and cables.
• Skilled in measuring, hand tools, and soldering.
• Ability to adapt to different projects at any given time.
