Salary Range: $18.00 To $19.00 Hourly

Gaumer Process is an electric heater manufacturer leading the industry in engineering, design and manufacture of electric heaters, control panels, fuel gas conditioning, liquid fuel conditioning, pressure reduction, metering, pumping and other engineered systems.

We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to heavy lifting, blueprint reading, construction plumbing, assembly, and more. This is a hands‑on role that requires proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

• Perform assembly operations, electromechanical assembly and testing operations on heater systems, upgrade kits, heater modules, refurbish heater systems, and sub-assemblies.
• Tests and troubleshoots heater systems and modules, using written or electronic test specifications.
• Perform set‑ups for test stands, assembly fixtures, and other test equipment.
• Check assemblies for proper fit, adjusting and replacing parts and components as required.
• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
