Apache Workforce is seeking experienced CNC Fabricators to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC fabrication equipment and producing high-quality sheet metal components, enclosures, and fabricated assemblies. Candidates should have experience interpreting blueprints, working with precision measurements, and safely operating fabrication machinery in a production environment.

Set up and operate CNC fabrication equipment to produce metal components and assemblies

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Measure materials and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards

Load and unload raw materials and completed parts safely

Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, shears, turret punches, band saws, grinders, and related machinery

Perform bending, cutting, punching, and forming operations on sheet metal materials

Verify dimensions using measuring tools and gauges

Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventative maintenance

Maintain production records and communicate project status with supervisors

Follow company quality procedures and safety requirements

Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe

Minimum 2 years of CNC fabrication experience

Experience operating fabrication equipment in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and tape measures accurately

Ability to work with fractions, decimals, and measurement conversions

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments

Forklift experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Reliable work history and strong safety awareness

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods

Manual dexterity required for handling tools and materials
