Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the shop floor and assign tasks to fitters, welders, and shop helpers;
Manage production schedules to move custom screw conveyors and augers through fabrication stages;
Perform inspections on finished parts against engineering blueprints and client specifications;
Provide technical guidance and assist with troubleshooting fabrication issues;
Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols and ensure proper PPE usage and safe operation of heavy machinery
