Position: Fabrication Lead (Night Shift)

Lead the Night

Shift: Supervise, motivate, and guide the night shift fabrication team to hit daily production targets while maintaining strict quality standards.;
Coordinate Workflow:
Schedule fabrication activities, allocate resources efficiently, and facilitate smooth handoffs and communication with day-shift leadership.;
Drive Safety:
Monitor the floor to enforce compliance with all company and regulatory safety protocols, ensuring a secure work environment.;
Troubleshoot & Inspect:
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and materials; address mechanical or operational challenges to minimize downtime.;
Track Production:
Maintain accurate production records and report on shift performance using computerized tracking systems.
