As an ARMO Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Perform preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance on flexible pipe systems and associated equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, determining the necessary repairs or replacements.
• Execute maintenance tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

• Conduct regular inspections of assets to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Perform functional and pressure testing of equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Document findings and report any significant issues to the ARMO Shop Manager.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts usage.
• Prepare and submit maintenance logs, service reports, and other required documentation to the ARMO Shop Manager.
• Assist in tracking inventory levels of spare parts and tools.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant industry standards and company policies.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required.

• Work closely with the ARMO Shop Manager and other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks.

• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by offering feedback on processes and procedures.

• Experience in maintenance or repair roles, preferably in marine or industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on technical skills, proficiency in using maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and software.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Hydraulic trained; must control pressures up to 20k psi on small‑bore tubing, run an HPU, diagnose faults, and build hydraulic system circuits, pipe, fittings, and hoses.
• Knowledge of SCM testing and the purpose of SEM and DCVs.
• Experience fault‑finding in electrical circuits, testing harnesses, connectors, and using ETU or laptop‑based engine control.
• Understanding of ISO 13628‑6 and API
  17F.
• Ability to use PAMAS cleanliness check device.
• Must be able to write JSAs, risk assessments, and COSHH assessments.
• Experience in stripping down SCMs and rebuilding.
