• Operate a band saw and other types of saws to custom fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other specialized insulation.
• Safely and efficiently operate appropriate fabrication equipment.
• Accurately measure material for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain quality and housekeeping; ensure production levels are met daily.
• Comply with all safety requirements and perform other fabrication duties as assigned by a supervisor.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience and/or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment (preferred).
• Able to be medically certified to wear a respirator (if required).
• Basic computer skills (preferred).
• Forklift certified.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED required.

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on duties.
• Travel:
  Local travel required, less than 10%.
