Position Summary
Become a Plant Operator with Liquid Environmental Solutions. Competitive starting pay is $20/hour with opportunities for rapid wage increase over the first year as skills are earned and validated (potentially up to $25/hour).

Full‑time opening. Plant runs 24 hours per day; primarily looking for 2nd shift (2 pm to 10 pm) and 3rd shift coverage (9:55 pm to 6:00 am).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage the space for incoming wastewater and treatment of the material.
- Perform cleanup of the area as required.
- Check tank levels for necessary space for material processing.
- Follow all safety and compliance rules and regulations.
- Wear and properly use safety equipment at all times.
- Operate and maintain shop equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as needed.
- Operate heavy equipment including forklift truck and skid steer.
- Perform minor electrical maintenance functions if required.
- Clean and maintain process equipment.
- Ability to learn procedures related to the safe handling of materials.

- One (1) year of experience as a Plant Operator with the maintenance of water pumps and plant machinery (Preferred).
- Laboratory experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work in environments with strong odors.
- Willingness to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions.
- Requires lifting, climbing, and bending.
- Must be able to work on feet most of the workday.
