Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities- Verify and receive purchase orders according to Sanmina policy.
- Locate material and equipment needed for each job.
- Remove material and equipment from completed jobs.
- Issue and return material as instructed.
- Supply material to all jobs as assigned.
- May unload incoming material and store in proper place, for consumption within the department.
- Obtain cycle counts.
- Practice safe working habits.
- Periodically check for unsafe conditions and correct as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Basic computer skills preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Must be able to follow directions
- Must be reliable
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Computer skills a plus
- Forklift driving skills a plus
