Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Planner based at our Houston, TX headquarters.

The Production Planner will play a critical role in aligning demand, production capacity, and operational execution. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, optimizing capacity utilization, and ensuring efficient workflow across manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Net Suite Advanced Manufacturing (AM) and have a deep understanding of capacity planning, scheduling logic, and system-driven planning processes
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and continuously optimize production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery commitments
  • Utilize Net Suite Advanced Manufacturing (AM) to plan, release, and monitor work orders
  • Perform capacity planning and load balancing across work centers to maximize efficiency
  • Analyze production constraints and proactively identify and mitigate risks or delays
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, supply chain, and customer service teams
  • Monitor production performance and adjust plans based on real-time conditions and priorities
  • Drive improvements in planning processes, system utilization, and data accuracy
  • Support implementation and refinement of standard planning parameters and best practices
  • Ensure alignment between demand, inventory levels, and production output
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Net Suite Advanced Manufacturing (AM)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong experience in production planning, scheduling, and capacity planning
  • Demonstrated expertise in Advanced Manufacturing (AM) systems and processes
  • Proven ability to optimize workflows, resources, and production efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred
