Production Planner Assistant

Be part of our dynamic manufacturing team where you'll drive excellence in production processes! We're looking for a Production Planner Assistant who is passionate about operational efficiency and continuous improvement to join our innovative manufacturing environment.

• Lead and coordinate manufacturing processes through effective team collaboration and resource optimization
• Execute and deliver standardized work training to ensure operational excellence and quality standards
• Manage short interval processes at line level while identifying and escalating improvement opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and problem-solving
• Monitor production schedules and implement necessary adjustments to maintain workflow efficiency
• Assembly and Wiring of products on the plant floor (25% of the role)
• Create Purchase Orders using Coupa

• Strong technical knowledge in manufacturing processes and production methods
• Problem‑solving mindset with experience in process improvement
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train others
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities

• SAP experience (Materials modules)
• Inventory Control & Material Handling
• Component Identification & Quality Checking
• Root Cause Problem Solving
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S & Visual Controls
• Inventory management, Cycle Counting and Kitting
• Ensuring accurate material flow and providing updates within the ERP system
• Experience with Coupa ideal
