The Operations Manager will take full responsibility for overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring turbine and component production runs safely, efficiently, and in line with engineering and quality standards. This role will lead production teams, manage workflows, and drive performance across the facility.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations from raw materials to final delivery
- Set and manage production targets, ensuring team alignment
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production staff
- Optimize workflows, labor, and equipment to improve efficiency
- Monitor performance, quality, and KPIs, implementing improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues
- Manage staffing, workforce planning, and performance
- Oversee reporting, metrics, and cost efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
- 7+ years’ manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility
- Background in industrial manufacturing (turbo machinery or rotating equipment preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of production processes, quality, and safety standards
- Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement
- Proficiency with ERP systems and reporting tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
