Your Mission? As a Machinist, you’ll play a critical role in running, monitoring, and troubleshooting cutting‑edge machinery to create cabinets with precision and accuracy. • Operating CNC machines to produce high‑quality parts according to specifications—your hands‑on expertise will ensure the machines are dialed in perfectly.
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements, ensuring every part is produced to the highest standards.
• Adjusting machine settings to optimize performance and meet production goals, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the board.
• Inspecting parts to verify they meet quality standards and making adjustments as needed.

• 2+ years operating CNC machines or working as a machinist in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and a range of machine tools.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and demonstrate independence to take ownership of your work.
• Mindset focused on safety, efficiency, and ensuring the highest‑quality results.
